At a meeting on April 10, 2006, members voted overwhelmingly in favor of adopting the Bylaws proposed by our Bylaws Committee

In two other votes, members voted to hold Election
2006-1 on May 15, 2006, and to allow Absentee Balloting in the election. For more information on these votes, click "Election"
