11 Dec 2006: Membership votes to accept Election Committee's report on election, finalizing election results.
13 Nov 2006: Nomination acceptance period ends. Election Committee announces winners in all races (none were contested).
23 Oct 2006: Election 2006-2 plans announced. Notice of Nominations postcard and email sent to members. Notice of Nominations,
Election and Campaign Rules published.
All Offices Filled by Acclamation
The Election Committe has declared the following ACT-UAW members to be elected by acclamation on November 13, in accordance
with the Election Rules, because they ran unopposed:
- First Vice President: Kathleen Bishop
- Trustees: Jan Clausen, Kay Kenny
- New School Unit Joint Council Delegate:

ACT-UAW welcomes these members to their offices, and thanks them for committing their time and energy to making our Local
strong!
Since there were no contested races, the election ended without requiring a vote by our members on any races. On December
11, the Election Committee presented its report on the election at a Membership Meeting; the members attending the meeting
voted to accept the report.
