ACT-UAW's Election Committee has declared the following members elected by acclamation because they ran unopposed
(as directed by our election rules): Second Vice President: Mary
Barto
Trustee: Roger Brown
New School Unit Joint Council Delegates: Demi Adejoke Adeniran, John Budde,
Nuno de Campos, Michele Frank, John Jerard, Carla Westcott
NYU Unit Joint Council Delegates: Jean Campbell, Maria Sliwa
New School
Unit Steward: Mary Barto All members ran unopposed. The next event in our election will be a Membership
Meeting where our members will be asked to review and vote on the Election Committee's report on this election. The meeting's
date will be announced on this website shortly. If our members approve the report, the people shown above will join our current officers in governing our Local for the remainder of the 2011-2014 term.

ACT-UAW is holding an election to fill vacant
offices. If you've ever wanted a larger role in making ACT-UAW strong, we urge you to read on.
If you're
eligible to hold office, you've already been automatically nominated. To run, you
must accept the automatic nomination. To find out whether you've been automatically
nominated, or to make or accept a nomination, read the full Notice of Nominations.
If any offices are contested, voting will take place at a special membership meeting on December 6, 2012, and
Absentee Ballots will be available to eligible voters beginning on November 15, 2012.
